My anxiety has been running at very high levels for three weeks on Tuesday. I seem to have lost 9 pounds since then. I am 5' 6" and when this started I was 180.
Christmas hasn't helped. I didn't put up a tree, decorate, or buy any gifts this year. Under "normal" conditions, I would go to my step-sisters for the holiday; even I though I could probably manage the time off from work, I
