Several years ago Dr. James Beckerman began looking for other lifestyle changes that might be more practical and doable. The Providence St. Vincent Medical Center cardiologist scoured medical research and compiled a collection of 200 "bite-sized" suggestions about food, exercise and habits for his new book, "The Flex Diet."
