Question by toby: What is a good, healthy rate of weight loss?
I managed to lose about 4 pounds this month just by cutting down on snacking and trying not to eat between dinner and bedtime, and drinking less soda. They say it is easier to keep weight off if lost slowly. Is that so?

Answer by Rozeabout 2 or 3 pounds a week is good...try green tea for losing weight too...it's good for you and helps you lose :)
